I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout my career, I have dedicated my work to supporting young children diagnosed with autism, with a strong focus on early intervention during the most critical stages of development.
I believe that meaningful progress happens through collaboration. I partner closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to design individualized, evidence-based programs that support each child's unique strengths and needs. I am especially passionate about behavior reduction — approaching interfering behaviors with compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of the "why" behind the behavior.
My goal is to help children develop functional, positive alternatives that improve their quality of life at home, in school, and in the community. Every child has incredible potential, and I am honored to be part of that journey.
